5 INFUSED WATER YOU WILL LOVE AND MAKE YOU DETOX

Hola bellas!!!
Desde hoy voy a escribir el blog en español y en inglés...voy a intentar no enrollarme mucho y que no sea traducción literal por quién lo lea en los dos idiomas sea mas interesante que leer las dos cosas repetidas.

Se aproximan las fiestas y con ello nos va a tocar comer sin parar (que remedio, verdad?) así que estoy haciendo un plan detox para hacerle sitio a los turrones y polvorones que van a llegar en breve!

Aquí tenéis unas recetas muy simples de agua con sabores que te ayudarán a beber agua sin darte cuenta y ayudarán al cuerpo a deshacerse de esas toxinas feas que andan por nuestro cuerpo!!

1. Menta, rodajas de pepino, rodajas de limón, rodajas de jengibre y unos gajos de pomelo.

2. El clásico: Zumo de limón, pimienta de cayena, sirope de arce y un poquito de sal.

3. Caña de azúcar y rodajas de piña. Super dulce para las mas golosas!!

4. Arándanos y gajos de mandarina con casca.

5. Mi preferido: frambuesas y zumo de lima fresca.

Por supuesto que todas estas infusiones necesitan mucha agua!! Vas a ver que además de saber delicioso quedará ideal en una jarra transparente! Y sobretodo sin quererlo le estarás dando muchos mimos a tu cuerpo!

This mater cleanse detox water flushes every bad toxin out of your body. You will need filtered water, lemon juice, organic maple syrup, cayenne pepper and a dash of sea salt.




Pineapple Sugarcane Spa Water

If you prefer a bit of a tropical taste in your detox water, this pineapple and sugarcane water is perfect. This recipe is so easy that you can make it in five minutes. You just need purified water, sugar cane and a few slices os fresh pineapple.




Blueberry Orange Water

This yummy water has the antioxidant properties of blueberries and the toxin flushing properties of citrus. It´s really easy to make and tastes wonderful. Just mix water, fresh blueberries and mandarin oranges peeled. 


Raspberry and Mint Water
Mint is great for aiding in digestion and raspberries have great antioxidant properties. Mix them both with water and you will have a very tasty detox water to help flush bad toxins from your body.
