Today is sunday and it's time to prepare us for another awesome week so here are my tips to start your week like a Super Star!!! Reay!!?
1. Prepare a few things the night before, so you don't have to wake up in a rush.
2. Instead of waking up at the very last minute, set the alarm clock 15 minutes early, tuned to a radio station that you love. Avoid the snooze and get up immediately and stretch to pump your blood.
If the songs are good in the radio, dance your way to the bathroom. If not, dance anyway!
3. Have a balanced breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day. Take the time to appreciate it.
4. Put on your favorite pair of IT Shoes and a dash of lipstick! It's important to feel pretty.
5. Work hard. Finish at least one very important thing. You'll feel relieved and accomplished instead of frustrated and tired.
6. Find time to relax, to take a break and simple for yourself.
7. Spend quality time with your loved ones!
8. Unplug from all electronic devices at least one our before you go to bed. This prepares your body to relax.
9. Make your bed the most comfortable possible! A good night sleep can make wonders for your mood.
